
Quad-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 3.5MHz gain bandwidth product and 3.6MHz bandwidth. This CMOS device offers a high voltage gain of 120dB, 100dB CMRR, and 98dB PSRR. Operating from 2.7V to 5.5V, it consumes 340µA quiescent current and delivers 24mA output current per channel. With a low input bias current of 0.2pA and 70µV input offset voltage, it is suitable for surface mount applications in a 16-pin DFN EP package.
