Dual-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 720MHz gain bandwidth product and 400MHz -3dB bandwidth. This bipolar IC offers a high slew rate of 280V/µs and a 100mA output current per channel. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.25V to a maximum of 2.625V, or single supply from 2.5V to 5.25V, it boasts excellent common mode rejection (85dB) and power supply rejection (68dB). The amplifier is housed in an 8-MSOP package, is RoHS compliant, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
