Quad-channel, rail-to-rail output general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 720MHz gain bandwidth product and 400MHz -3dB bandwidth. This bipolar technology amplifier offers a high slew rate of 280V/µs and 100mA output current per channel. Operating from a single supply of 2.5V to 5.25V or dual supplies from ±1.25V to ±2.625V, it exhibits excellent 85dB CMRR and 68dB PSRR. The device is housed in a 16-lead MSOP package and is RoHS compliant.
