CMOS silicon oscillator with programmable frequency output from 488Hz to 2MHz. Features a wide operating voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and a low operating supply current of 235µA. This surface mount timer IC is housed in a compact 6-pin TSOT package, measuring 2.9mm in length and 1.75mm in depth. Suitable for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
