Packaged in an 8-terminal SOIC-8 (S-PDSO-G8) with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device supports dual supply operation with nominal voltages of ±5V and a maximum supply voltage limit of ±18V, drawing a maximum supply current of 0.6 mA.
