Dual operational amplifier IC featuring a 0.5 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 0.15 V/µs slew rate. This micropower amplifier offers a maximum input offset voltage of 250 µV and a minimum voltage gain of 1,500,000. Designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C), it operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V and a maximum supply current of 1.55mA. The hermetically sealed, 8-terminal CDIP package (R-GDIP-T8) houses two voltage-feedback amplifier functions.
