Dual operational amplifier featuring a 3MHz gain bandwidth product and 0.4V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose amplifier offers a low input offset voltage of 80µV and 1250µV offset maximum. With a 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 80dB power supply rejection ratio, it operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to a maximum of 6V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 12V. The bipolar technology component is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, supplied on tape and reel.
