Quad operational amplifier featuring a 22 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 90 V/µs nominal slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a maximum input offset voltage of 1000 µV and a minimum voltage gain of 5000. Designed for military temperature grades (-55°C to 125°C) and MIL-STD-883 screening, it operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±5V, with limits up to ±18V. The component is housed in a 14-terminal ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP14, CERDIP-14).
