Quad operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output capabilities. This general-purpose amplifier offers a 4MHz bandwidth and a 4.25MHz gain bandwidth product. With a low input offset voltage of 150µV and input bias current of 80nA, it provides excellent precision. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.5V up to a maximum of 18V, or a single supply from 3V to 36V, it delivers a 4V/µs slew rate and 10mA output current per channel. The device operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
