Quad operational amplifier IC featuring a 0.5 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 0.15 V/µs nominal slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a low input offset voltage of 300 µV maximum and a high common-mode reject ratio of 130 dB nominal. Designed for military temperature grades, it operates from -55°C to 125°C and supports supply voltages up to ±20V. The 14-terminal CDIP package provides four independent operational amplifier functions.
