Quad operational amplifier IC featuring a 0.5 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 0.15 V/µs slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a low input offset voltage of 150 µV maximum and low bias current of 0.2 µA maximum. Designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C), it operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V, up to ±20V limits. The 14-terminal CDIP package houses four independent amplifier functions.
