Operates from a minimum input voltage of 4.75V up to 18V, with a nominal supply current of 45µA and quiescent current of 15µA. Packaged in a compact R-type case (5mm L x 4mm W x 1.5mm H) and suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
