8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an AVR RISC CPU operating at up to 20MHz. This FLASH-based device offers 65536 words of program memory and 4096 bytes of RAM. It includes 48 I/O lines, an 8-bit external data bus, and a 16-bit address bus. The microcontroller supports PWM channels and has both ADC and DAC capabilities. Packaged in a 64-terminal TQFP with dimensions of 14 x 14 mm, it operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
