8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an AVR RISC CPU operating at a maximum clock frequency of 8MHz. This CMOS component offers 65536 words of FLASH ROM and 4096 bytes of RAM. It includes 53 I/O lines, an 8-bit external data bus, and a 16-bit address bus. Packaged in a 64-terminal MLF-64 (MO-220VMMD) with a 9x9mm footprint and 0.50mm pitch, it operates within a commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The device supports PWM channels and includes an ADC.
