8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an AVR RISC CPU operating at up to 8MHz. This FLASH-based MCU offers 65536 words of program memory and 4096 bytes of RAM. It includes 53 programmable I/O lines, an 8-bit external data bus, and a 16-bit address bus. The component supports PWM generation and includes an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). Packaged in a 64-terminal MLF-64 (MO-220VMMD) with a 9x9mm footprint and 0.50mm pitch, it operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
