Operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Housed in a 2-pin SMB (DO-214AA) package with J-lead configuration, measuring 4.75mm(Max) x 3.8mm(Max) x 2.43mm(Max) seated height. Maximum clamping voltage is 162V with a maximum reverse leakage current of 1µA.
