The Bourns 2027 Series is a 2-pin surface mount Zener diode with a maximum operating temperature of 85°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It is RoHS compliant and approved by UL. The diode is available in bulk packaging with 100 units per package. It has a tolerance of 15% and is terminated in an axial configuration.
