Features a 70V reverse standoff voltage, 77.8V minimum breakdown voltage, and 113V clamping voltage. This single-element silicon device is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package with tin plating and operates across a -55°C to +150°C temperature range. Designed for ESD protection with a low leakage current of 5µA.
