Features a 10V reverse standoff voltage and 11.1V minimum breakdown voltage, with a 17V clamping voltage. Offers 400W peak pulse power dissipation and 88.2A peak pulse current handling. This silicon diode, housed in a DO-214AB package, provides ESD protection and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. RoHS compliant with tin contact plating.
