
Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode offering 400W peak pulse power and 14A peak pulse current. Features a 12V reverse standoff voltage, 29.5V clamping voltage, and 13.3V minimum breakdown voltage. Designed for surface mount applications with a compact plastic package, it provides ESD protection and operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 150°C. This single-element silicon device has a low leakage current of 1µA and a capacitance of 50pF.
