
Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode offering 350W peak pulse power and 10A peak pulse current. Features a 15V reverse standoff voltage and 24V clamping voltage, with a 16.7V minimum breakdown voltage. This 5-element silicon device operates bidirectionally with a low leakage current of 1uA and 50pF capacitance. Packaged in a SOT-23-6 surface mount plastic package, it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -55°C and 150°C.
