Offers a 50A clamping current, 165V clamping voltage, and a 4.5kA maximum surge current capability. Designed with a 7.5mm lead pitch and 14mm diameter for through-hole mounting, operating from -40°C to 85°C. Includes 2nF capacitance and 28J energy absorption, supplied in bulk packaging.
