
Bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode offering 58V reverse standoff and working voltage. Features a 64V minimum breakdown voltage and 110V clamping voltage, with 10kA peak pulse and surge current handling. Designed for ESD protection, this through-hole and surface mountable component operates from -55°C to 125°C with a maximum reverse leakage current of 10µA. Supplied in axial packaging with SMD/SMT termination.
