
Bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode offering 430V reverse standoff voltage and 560V clamping voltage. Features a 3kA peak pulse current capability and 600pF capacitance. Designed for through-hole mounting with axial termination, operating across a -55°C to 150°C temperature range. This silicon diode provides protection with a maximum breakdown voltage of 490V and a low reverse leakage current of 10uA.
