This intelligent gate drive optocoupler is designed to drive IGBT and SiC/GaN MOSFET devices in motor control, inverter, and power supply applications. It provides up to 5.0 A peak output current, 150 ns maximum propagation delay, and integrated overcurrent detection with soft shutdown and FAULT, GATE, and UVLO status feedback. The device operates over a 15 V to 30 V output supply range and a -40 °C to 105 °C industrial temperature range. It is housed in a compact surface-mount SO-16 package with 8.3 mm creepage and clearance and reinforced insulation safety certifications up to 5000 Vrms for 1 minute.
