The CMYTVS5-2 is a unidirectional silicon transient voltage suppressor diode with a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.2V and a maximum reverse voltage of 5V. It has a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 60W and operates over a temperature range of -55 to 150 degrees Celsius. The device is available in a 4-pin SOT-543 package.
