It has a maximum peak pulse current of 100mA and a surge current rating of 30A. The device can withstand a maximum breakover current of 800A and a maximum breakover voltage of 267V. The rate of rise of off-state voltage is limited to 5000V/us. The TPA200 operates over a temperature range of -55C to 150C and is suitable for through hole mounting.
