16-bit, 2-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a successive approximation architecture. This CMOS IC offers a 100 kS/s sampling rate and a 92dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). It supports both SPI and serial interfaces, with single-ended input types and bipolar/unipolar polarity. Operates with a dual 5V supply voltage, within a 0°C to 70°C temperature range, and is RoHS compliant. Packaged in a lead-free LCC with tin, matte contact plating for surface mounting.
