Operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and a maximum power dissipation of 37.5mW. This surface-mount component is housed in a 24-lead SOIC package with matte tin contact plating and operates from -40°C to 85°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
