The PA61A is a single-channel, bipolar power amplifier with a gain bandwidth product of 1 MHz and a slew rate of 2.8 V/µs. It operates from a dual supply voltage of 10 to 45 V and has an input bias current of 10 nA and an input offset voltage of 1 mV. The amplifier can supply up to 10 A of output current per channel and has an operating temperature range of -25 to 85°C. It is available in a TO-3-8 package and is packaged in rail or tube form.
