The PA84 is a single-channel power amplifier with a gain bandwidth product of 75MHz and a voltage gain of 120dB. It operates from a dual supply voltage of 15V to 150V and consumes 5.5mA of current. The amplifier has an input bias current of 5pA and an input offset voltage of 1.5mV. It can supply an output current of up to 40mA per channel and is available in a TO-3-8 package with a through-hole mount. The PA84 is RoHS compliant and operates over a temperature range of -25°C to 85°C.
