Silicon epitaxial-base PNP power transistor in a monolithic Darlington configuration for linear and switching applications. The TIP147 is the -100 V member of Comset Semiconductor's TIP145-TIP147 family and is housed in a TO-3PN, SOT-93 non-isolated plastic package. Absolute maximum ratings in the Comset datasheet include -10 A collector current, 125 W power dissipation at 25 °C case temperature, and 150 °C junction temperature. The datasheet also states RoHS compliance and identifies TIP140, TIP141, and TIP142 as complementary devices.
