
BZX84C3V3 is a silicon planar zener diode in a SOT-23 surface-mount package for low-voltage general-purpose voltage regulation. The device provides a nominal 3.3 V zener voltage with ±5% tolerance, specified at 5 mA, with a maximum zener impedance of 95 Ω at the test current and 600 Ω at 1 mA. It is rated for 300 mW power dissipation at Ta = 25 °C, supports repetitive peak forward and working currents of 250 mA, and permits junction temperatures up to 150 °C. CDIL states that the family is RoHS compliant and is also available in an AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP-capable version with the -AQ suffix.
