This 2-pin Surface Mount Device (SMD) features an exposed pad for efficient thermal management and a compact 3.45mm x 3.45mm footprint. Delivering a minimum luminous flux of 93.9lm with a wide 115° viewing angle, it supports a maximum forward current of 500mA and a maximum forward voltage of 3.9V. The non-lead-frame SMT package with a seated plane height of 2mm ensures top-mount PCB integration.
