It provides an 18 V working standoff voltage, breaks down from 20.0 V to 23.3 V, and clamps to 29.2 V at a 20.5 A peak pulse current. The device is rated for 600 W peak pulse power dissipation and operates from -55 °C to +150 °C. It is intended for protection of sensitive circuits against fast overvoltage transients.
