CapSense controller provides capacitive-touch sensing for buttons, sliders, and proximity inputs. The device uses an M8C CPU running up to 24 MHz with 8 KB of flash memory and 1 KB of SRAM. It supports a 1.71 V to 5.5 V operating range, I2C and SPI interfaces, 12 CapSense I/O pins, and a 10-bit Delta-Sigma ADC. Operation is specified from -40 °C to 85 °C.
