CapSense controller integrates an M8C core with programmable system-on-chip resources for capacitive touch sensing. The device family supports SmartSense auto-tuning with up to 31 buttons, six sliders, and proximity sensor functions. The CY8C20447 entry provides 16 kByte flash, 2 kByte SRAM, 29 GPIOs, SPI support, and five slider inputs. Operation is supported across a 1.71 V to 5.5 V supply range and an industrial -40 °C to 85 °C temperature range.
