CapSense controller integrates a 24 MHz M8C CPU, SmartSense auto-tuning, and capacitive sensing support for buttons, sliders, and proximity sensors. The device operates from 1.71 V to 5.5 V across a -40 °C to 85 °C ambient range and includes 32 KB flash memory with 2 KB SRAM. The 30-pin WLCSP configuration provides 24 CapSense sensors, 27 digital I/O pins, 27 analog inputs, I2C, SPI, three 16-bit timers, and a 10-bit ADC. Low-power modes support typical currents of 1.07 µA in standby and 0.10 µA in deep sleep.
