Synchronous FIFO memory IC with 2Kb density, organized as 256 words by 9 bits. Features a 10ns access time and supports a maximum operating frequency of 40MHz. This unidirectional, CMOS component operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage, with a typical 5V requirement and 35mA supply current. Packaged in a 32-pin PLCC for surface mounting, it is RoHS compliant and lead-free. Programmable flags are supported.
