Multifunction Peripheral IC, CMOS technology, featuring an 8-bit M8C core architecture operating at up to 24MHz. This surface mount component offers 28 programmable I/Os and includes I2C, SPI, and UART/USART interfaces. It provides 8KB of FLASH memory and 512B of RAM, with integrated POR, PWM, and watchdog timer peripherals. The QFN EP package with gold contact plating supports a 2.4V to 5.25V operating supply voltage range.
