CMOS microcontroller featuring an 8-bit M8C core, operating at up to 24MHz. This peripheral IC offers 24 GPIO pins, including 16 programmable I/Os, and supports I2C, SPI, and UART/USART interfaces. On-chip memory includes 8KB of FLASH and 512B of RAM. Designed for a 5V operating supply voltage (3V to 5.25V range), it is packaged in a 28-pin SSOP with gold contact plating and operates from -40°C to 85°C. Integrated peripherals include POR, PWM, and a watchdog timer.
