64Kb serial FRAM memory with 8-bit data bus width and 8KX8 organization. Features a 2-wire serial interface (I2C compatible) with a maximum frequency of 1MHz and an access time of 550ns. Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage, with a nominal 5V. This non-volatile FRAM memory is housed in an 8-pin SOIC surface mount package, supplied on tape and reel, and is RoHS compliant. Suitable for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
