Overview

This technical document is the hardware schematic for the Olimex ESP32-DevKit-LiPo Rev C development board. It features the Espressif ESP32-WROOM-32D-4MB module as the core processor. Key sub-circuits include a Shanghai Belling BL4054B LiPo battery charger with up to 800mA charging current, a WCH CH340T USB-to-UART bridge for programming, and a Silergy SY8089AAAC step-down DC-DC converter providing a 3.3V power rail at up to 2A. The design includes an automatic reset and programming circuit using BC817 transistors, battery voltage sensing via a voltage divider, and expansion headers compatible with the ESP32-DevKitC footprint.
