Features a 800mA maximum output current and operates across a 1.8V to 5.5V supply voltage range, with typical operation at 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. This surface-mount component is housed in a 6-pin SOT-89 package with flat leads, measuring 4.5mm x 2.5mm x 1.5mm. Magnetic sensing capabilities include a minimum release point of -50 Gs and typical hysteresis of 50 Gs. Operating temperature range is from -40°C to 105°C.
