General purpose power supply support circuit featuring a fixed, single-channel reset function. This surface mount integrated circuit monitors a single voltage input, operating within a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage range. It provides an active-high reset output with a 600ms reset delay time and a 100ms reset timeout. The component boasts a 320mW maximum power dissipation and a low 30uA operating supply current, with a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Packaged in a compact TO-236-3 (SC-59) 3-pin surface mount package, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
