Dual output fixed positive LDO regulator, offering 1.8V and 3.3V outputs, each with a 150mA maximum output current. Features a 200mV dropout voltage and 2% accuracy, operating from a 2V to 6V input voltage range. This surface mount device is housed in a compact DFN-6 package with gold contact plating, designed for efficient power management with a quiescent current of 80µA and a power dissipation of 2.2W. The regulator boasts a 65dB PSRR and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
