The ATS236P is a bipolar magnetic sensor with a minimum release point of -150 and typical hysteresis of 150. It operates over a temperature range of -20 to 85 degrees Celsius and can supply up to 300mA. The device is available in a 4-pin SIP package and can be powered with a supply voltage between 4 and 20 volts.
