The ATS276H-PA-C is a linear latching hall effect sensor with a minimum magnetic sensor release point of -100mT and a typical magnetic sensor hysteresis of 75mT. It operates over a supply voltage range of 3.5 to 20V and can handle a maximum output current of 400mA. The device is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -20 to 85°C. It is available in a SIP-4 package.
