The ATS276L-PLA-C is a linear latching hall effect sensor with a minimum magnetic sensor release point of -100mT and a typical magnetic sensor hysteresis of 75mT. It operates over a supply voltage range of 3.5 to 20V and can handle a maximum output current of 400mA. The device is packaged in a SIP-4 package and is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -20 to 85 degrees Celsius.
