The ATS276S-PL-C is a latching hall effect sensor with a minimum magnetic sensor release point of -100mT and a typical magnetic sensor hysteresis of 75mT. It operates over a supply voltage range of 3.5 to 20V and can source up to 400mA of current. The device is packaged in a SIP-4 package and is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -20 to 85°C.
